The company was founded in Milan in 1990 by consultants with extensive business experience. Its goal was to help family-owned businesses to define their needs and then identify the ideal profile for managers that could work alongside the entrepreneur in the difficult process of growing and developing the company.
In 1999, ERRE EMME entered the international network IMSA Search, as an exclusive partner for Italy. This network unites independent Executive Search companies from all over the world, and creates the conditions for implementing search projects on a multinational basis.
In 2006, the company joined the Lavorint Group, founded in 2001, which is active in several areas concerned with valorising Human Resources, and present throughout Italy with around 60 offices. After this, ERRE EMME incorporated the company KUBER & PARTNER, which today is its Middle Management Division. The current situation allows ERRE EMME to use efficient synergies with the other activities of the Group, and wide national and international mobility.
